All WillowBlu items are sent using Australia Post pre-paid satchels with tracking.
Orders over $300 will be sent using Australia Post pre-paid express satchels with tracking and signature.
All orders are shipped from the WillowBlu office in Katherine, Northern Territory. Because we are not a major centre, there can sometimes be a delay in postage, where standard shipping can take up to 7 business days and express can take up to 4 business days to arrive, depending on your location within Australia.
You can upgrade your standard shipping to express shipping for just $5.00. To do this, please choose the “Shipping Upgrade” option.
If you are local to Katherine, you can choose to have your items delivered to you. Simply select the “Local delivery” option. Deliveries will be made on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please specify your delivery address in your order.
If you wish to collect, you can do so on Monday through Friday. Please specify this in your order and collection address will be provided to you via email after you have placed your order.
At WillowBlu, we pride ourselves on our quality and customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience so if for any reason you are unhappy with the items that you have purchased, please contact WillowBlu within 3 days of receiving your goods stating the reason for return and request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Once you have received your RAN from WillowBlu, the item must be received back to WillowBlu within 10 days. All items must be returned in the original state that it was received – unused, with tags attached, original packaging with dust cover provided for bags, and boxes for wallets. Bags are to be returned to WillowBlu flat, and not folded. The customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the item back to WillowBlu.
WillowBlu cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, so it is advised that you return the item with tracking and signature. The best method of achieving this is by using Australia Post prepaid satchels.
Once your item/s have been received by WillowBlu, a thorough inspection will be conducted to ensure that the item/s are received back to WillowBlu in the same condition that they were originally provided to the customer. If WillowBlu is happy with the return, a refund, credit note or exchange will be processed and the customer will be notified on this.
WillowBlu does reserve the right to not accept the returned item/s should the above conditions not be met.
If your return is due to a manufacturing fault, this will be covered by our warranty guarantee and WillowBlu will bear the cost of return postage. Our full warranty guarantee can be found in Terms & Conditions.
