Where are your handbags made?

WillowBlu holds Sole Australian Distributorship with our private manufacturing factory in China.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! WillowBlu will combine shipping on all purchases, giving you the cheapest possible shipping option.

How will my items be shipped?

WillowBlu uses Star Track Express couriers to ship our items.  You will receive full tracking details upon collection from us, which enables you to track your purchase from pick-up, right through to delivery. 

What are the shipping costs?

WillowBlu does NOT charge you any P&H costs.  We only charge you, what Star Track Express charges us!  A flat rate fee of $12 for overnight shipping throughout Australia will be charged (except for NT - further charges apply).

When will my handbag be shipped?

WillowBlu can not be held responsible for transit times &/or delays.  If your handbag is available in stock ready for immediately delivery; it will be packed & shipped to you within 24 hours of your payment being received.  WillowBlu will contact you with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.

What if an item is out of stock or unavailable?

If your handbag is out of stock, you will be notified & a credit, exchange or refund can be issued.

How long will it take to receive my bag?

Star Track Express will deliver your package to the nominated delivery address within 24 hours of pick up from our offices.  Most WillowBlu handbags & purses are held in stock & will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.  In the event that your bag has to be manufactured from scratch, you will be informed & updated during every step of this process.  In 90% of cases most manufactured bags will be shipped to you within 7-10 days of your order placement.

Do I need to hold a party to purchase a bag?

No!  You do not have to host a WillowBlu handbag party to purchase one of our bags!  Products can be purchased directly from our website & delivered to your door the next day in most cases.

Can I purchase your bags in a store?

No!  At WillowBlu we do not sell to the middleman (ie: retail stores).  We sell directly to our customers via our online store & parties at a lower price!  Our prices range from $50-$185, which would retail in stores for approx $300-$500.  Our bags are exclusive to WillowBlu & our consultants while offering you the same superior quality & craftsmanship without the retail price tag!
