Shipping:

WillowBlu uses Star Track Express to ship all of our handbags.  Your item will be packed & shipped to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment if the item is available in stock.  If your purchase has to be manufactured, your item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of the goods arriving to us.  You will be notified through every step of the payment & shipping process for your order.

Once your item is shipped you will notified with your tracking number, making it easier to track your package directly to your door.

Unlike most companies, WillowBlu does NOT charge you any P&H costs.  We only charge you what Star Track Express charges us.

Overnight shipping via Star Track Express throughout Australia is $12 (except NT).
