All WillowBlu handbags & purses are man made, not mass machine produced & unfortunately at times things do go wrong & we do have returns.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase & if for any reason you are not completely satisfied or change your mind, please return your purchase for an exchange, credit or refund within seven (7) days of delivery.
If your item was purchased at a WillowBlu party, the exchange/credit/refund policy period begins from the date your goods are delivered back to your party host. WillowBlu is unable to control or know when the host distributes these products & the return policy commences on the date they accept delivery.
Please contact the consultant who hosted the event you attended & advise them of your wish to exchange/credit or refund your purchase. Your consultant will then be able to advice you of the return address & procedure for your returned product. All associated shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
Return and / or Exchange Information:
If you wish to return and/or exchange your purchase from WillowBlu, please read the following carefully.
1. Please contact your consultant via email or phone, stating your intent to return for an exchange, credit or refund.
2. All returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, in their received conditions, including original packaging material as well as all tags and accessories. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. WillowBlu reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit if the returned item(s) does not comply with this requirement. This applies to all 'change of mind' returns.
3. All returned item(s) must be packed in their original dustcovers (whenever possible).
4. Buyers are responsible for all the associated return postage and handling expenses.
5. We do not take responsibility for returns sent by non-registered post. For your own protection, we recommend that all returns be sent by courier or by insured registered post.
6. If all of the above conditions are met to the satisfaction of WillowBlu, you can expect a refund (if applicable), exchange or credit within seven (7) working days of returning your purchase. The amount of refund is the purchase price of the goods LESS any original postage and handling cost.
7. Exchanges/credits or refunds CAN NOT be given on sale items at any time.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
1. Each individual purchase will be quality checked by our staff at WillowBlu before shipping or delivery. In the unlikely event that the ordered item(s) is (are) faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact your consultant via email or phone to advise of the return & arrange to have it shipped back to us.
2. All faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be returned within seven (7) days, in their original received conditions, including all tags and accessories. Please kindly contact your consultant via email or phone for further information.
3. All items being returned as faulty only will have a sixty (60) day extended policy period applied to them as from date of delivery.
4. All items being returned as faulty, damaged or incorrect will be inspected, and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Please complete our ‘Faulty Product Slip’ & include it in your return package, so our staff can respond as quickly as possible.
5. Please return all faulty/defective products to: PO Box 611 KELLYVILLE NSW 2155. All associated shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. We do not take responsibility for returns sent by non-registered post. For your own protection, we recommend that all returns be sent by courier or by insured registered post.
6. Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be inspected by our staff. If they are found to be faulty/defective, we will then repair or replace the item free of charge with the same or comparable product. Faulty/defective products will not be returned to the customer. If the product is found to fall into our fair wear & tear under normal use category, the product will be returned to you in the same condition as we received it.
7. We will then notify you of the outcome in writing.
8. Variations in colour & texture are the natural characteristics of beautiful leather & as we purchase new leather, you can expect colour & texture variation from the swatch or display design that you may have viewed previously. This is due to the fact that leather is a natural product & will absorb dye differently from hide to hide.
9. Over time, the leather will age & may also darken due to the oils from your skin & direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag. Another natural characteristic of leather is dye transference absorbed from clothing or other materials. These are natural processes for leather & are not deemed faulty/defective & not covered by our warranty.
10. Our warranty does not cover lining or zippers in most cases as these are conducive to wear & tear under normal use.
11. Our warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than WillowBlu.
